Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in health science from Clemson University and worked in cardiac rehabilitation at Roper Hospital in downtown Charleston. Soon after, military life took her overseas, and she left both the hospital and spa to join her husband in Sicily, Italy, where they lived for three years during his U.S. Navy service. After returning to Virginia, Allison balanced motherhood and creativity by launching her own photography business. It was there that a close friend and mentor first introduced her to real estate. Although the timing wasn’t right, the idea stayed with her.

Following her husband’s retirement from the U.S. Navy, Allison and her family chose Summerville, South Carolina as their forever home. With her children in school, she began working as a Transaction Coordinator for a busy Summerville real estate team, gaining hands-on experience with contracts, negotiations, and closings throughout Dorchester County and the greater Charleston area. That role became the turning point in her career.
