A graduate of the University of Alabama, Andrew W. Loveman, CCIM made Birmingham his permanent address in 1993. He first entered the commercial real estate industry in 2004, drawn to it by the opportunity to employ creativity to get results for his clients. He was further drawn to Hydinger Stewart & Chew Commercial Properties for the boutique firm’s reputation of integrity and the delivery of excellent deals on behalf of their clients.

Since joining the team in 2018, he has been consistently impressed by his team’s experience, ingenuity, client-focus and ability to foster strong relationships. Listed among his own personal specialties are bank branch properties, retail properties, office properties, consulting and dealing with family generational assets.

Dedicated and relationship-oriented, Andrew believes his education as a History major and English minor still serves him to this day through his well-honed capabilities to analyze information, explore potential issues, forecast trends, determine causes, consider more than one perspective and come to conclusions.
