About Angelica Balentine
Angie is a sincere, intentional, and friendly Broker Associate with both Realty Austin and Realty San Antonio. She takes her career and business very seriously. Trust and meaningful relationships are at the foundation of Angie Balentine’s successful business and Real Estate career. She understands that buying and selling a home can be stressful and leans into being a great help to produce the best situation for all her clients. There are a lot of things to learn and to keep track of throughout the process, including understanding different forms of financing and which is best for each situation, understanding contracts, tracking deadlines, and much more. Angie loves being there to advise and guide each client through every type of situation.
Prior to a career in Real Estate and after graduating from Trinity University in San Antonio, Angie was in the Endurance Sports industry, leading a successful bike shop of 15 staff members to top performance in the industry. Her leadership role had her wearing a lot of different hats in the business, giving her the confidence and leadership expertise needed to advise clients through many financial and life situations to help them achieve their immediate and long-term goals in real estate.
Angie’s career path has taught her the importance and significance of the client experience through building long-term relationships and working by referral. She truly enjoys spending time with clients before, during, and after any real estate transaction, whether a client worked with her or not. She likes her clients to think of her as the Godparent of their home. Working this way motivates Angie to be the best person and agent for all her clients, their friends, and their family.
In addition to helping people with their homes, Angie is a wife and mother of three kids. She is a life-long competitive athlete, which drives her to be successful in all that she does. She loves long neighborhood walks with family, movies with her husband James, and lengthy Real Estate discussions. Still a dedicated athlete, Angie manages to find time for Master’s Swimming, Triathlons, and even a little Crossfit.
