About Jeff Hovis
Jeff and his family have been living in Wilmington since 1995. Prior to moving to Wilmington, Jeff worked as the Director of Litigation and Senior Risk Management Specialist for the National Corporation for Housing Partnerships found in Washington, DC. Jeff spent all his primary education years in Mercer, Pennsylvania. He earned his BA in Economics and Management from Hiram College.
Jeff’s business experience has enabled him to assist all levels of clients. He can work with helping the first-time home buyer find their perfect home and turn around and find the ideal location for an international company to establish a business. Jeff has worked with hospitality companies, public radio stations, foreign investors and small business owners. He has worked with the residential clients to find or sell homes throughout our region.
Jeff is very active in the community. Jeff currently serves on the City of Wilmington’s Planning Commission, Wilmington Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, 1000 People Who Cares Foundation, New Hanover High Schools PTSA Committee, Board of Governors for the City Club at de Rosette and works with many other local non-profit companies and organizations.
Jeff will work with the individual buyer, investor or company to achieve their goals. Jeff has worked to maintain long term relationships with his clients and enjoys a few repeat clients and welcomes new challenges.
